Cairo – Mubasher: Hermes Securities Brokerage Company said that Rolaco AGB Investment Company has raised its stake in the capital shares of MM Group for Industry and International Trade from 17.29% to 18.25%.
Hermes added in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange today that Rolaco bought 5.24 million shares worth 25.66 million pounds, with an average purchase price of 4.9 pounds.
it indicated that the percentage of shares of groups related to the shareholder is: 0.51% by Ali Dayekh and 0.4% by Ahmed Hassan Ali Dayekh .
